This is not a known issue. Rather than pulling the Savvy Files from another site, have you tried downloading new Savvy files and uploading those? Anything you can think of that might be different in this install?

Hi Kody, Check to be sure that your user is always using the domain exactly as it is set in the web URL field in the includes.cfm and the Savvy License. It could be caused by their trying to use domain.com, when it is set in Savvy to www.domain.com
