Share 'Files not uploading'

Hi, I am VERY new to Savvy - only just found that it was this system we were actually using in our code. I've tried to upload a few PDF files and also a .doc and get the following error: "Skipping 'myfile.pdf'. Error reading image properties. File extension "pdf" is not allowed for upload."
