Savvy Content Manager Community

Community for users of Savvy Content Manager

Hi,

I am VERY new to Savvy - only just found that it was this system we were actually using in our code.

I've tried to upload a few PDF files and also a .doc and get the following error:
"Skipping 'myfile.pdf'. Error reading image properties. File extension "pdf" is not allowed for upload."

I'm afraid I don't know what version I'm using (but it looks fairly upto date) however if you tell me how to find it - I'll find it for you.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

Antony

Hi Antony,
Sounds like you're trying to upload documents with the image uploader.

Instead, go to the button that looks like a Microsoft Word document (button directly to the right of the image button) and use the document uploader in that area instead.

To see a video tutorial on uploading documents, click here: http://www.besavvy.com/tutorials/link-to-document.cfm
